What is our story?
Well, David is originally from Scotland and Skylar from Cape Breton. We met in the middle of an ice storm in February of 2015 in Halifax, Nova Scotia where we bonded over our love for the outdoors, travel, and photography.. the rest, as they say, is history!

We now live in Cape Breton with our border collie Indie, our golden retriever Tovi and sassy cat Baba Yaga. You can find us cuddling our animals, exploring the outdoors, showcasing our Island, planning our next adventure or travel destination, and creating fun content along the way.

We love new experiences and genuinely enjoying the world and opportunities around us.

Cabins and winter just go together. 😌 These ones are tucked away in the woods of Wreck Cove, close to the water, trails, ski hill, and are dog friendly. Had a cozy little stay last week and currently sipping on my coffee dreaming of heading back! 📍
